The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay. the presence of a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi was convenient for relaxing after a day of exploring. While the hotel exudes elegance with its parquet floors and stylish furnishings, I found the value proposition somewhat lacking. the absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a downside, impacting the overall luxury experience. the terrace offered stunning views but lacked adequate seating, limiting its usability. The restaurant and bar area were welcoming, providing a pleasant ambiance and delicious breakfast options. However, the lack of basic amenities like an electric kettle in the room made me question the value for money. In conclusion, Castello offers a beautiful setting and attentive staff, but for those seeking a balance of luxury and practicality, it may fall short in terms of value.
